We bought two. Quick delivery. Easy to operate. Comes with protective eyewear and covers. IT WORKS..Follow directions for use. We have two cats and urine can get strong odor. Followed directions for passing over litter boxes and odor got stronger with first few passes and then with each pass got less and less to none! WOW! Used it on toilets, bathroom floor and bed.
I have my baby boy recently. Due to the Covid19, we have to make sure the items or furnitures that our baby uses have to be sterilized. This UVC sterilizer is so convenient and light weight. I can use it to sterilize things in various sizes, like the car seat, crib mattress, teether, and milk bottles. The chemical sterilizer will leave the surface with chemical material which is very harmful to babies. Although there are some baby use natural sterilizer, they are not durable and pricy. I know this one is pricy too, but I can use on something that cannot be washed or hard to be sterilized by chemicals. The best part I would say is the double safety design: the safety lock and the double click to open button. Other brands don't have the lock or the safety design for turning the light on. This makes the UVC sterilizer safe for young active kids. That is something parents should be aware of. Very easy to use. I don't even need to read the instruction before using it. There are total 20 UVC light bulks. Just not sure how long the lights last. I will keep it update.
59S UV light sanitizer wand features a foldable design and is equipped with 20 UVC LEDs. The LED wavelength is rated 260-280nm and falls in UVC light range. It's important to choose sanitizer in UVC spectrum as it has strong germicidal effect to inactivate microorganisms, such as viruses and bacteria. This wand has built-in battery and can be recharged using its microUSB port. I like that this sanitizer wand is comfortable to hold and easy to use. I just have to hold it close to target surfaces (recommended to be less than 3cm to be effective) and slowly scan through the area a few times. There is visible purple light when it's working and a quiet buzzing sound (not disturbing). The battery life is decent and I can use it for about 50 mins per charge. Keep in mind that UVC can also be harmful to human so it's important to avoid looking at the light and skin contact when using the wand. The good thing is that this 59S sanitizer wand does come with some handy safety features, including child lock and auto off when the wand is flipped to avoid accidents. It's required to unlock child lock and double press the power button to activate UVC light each time.
Bought this UV wand is for COVID-19. it is very lightweight & portable. The box comes with a charging cord. Once charged, it’s very simple to use, as you just click a button and wave it over the object you want to sterilize for 10 times. Although it said killed 99.9% same as alcohol that still 0.01% remain on surface which I may have to go lab to test when school open. Instead of wipe alcohol to damage electronic device. UV wand is much easier & safer than sanitizer. my mom in Taiwan have UV box to clean mask & glass. so I believe it work and I would still continue to use it.
I decided to purchase this UV Light sanitizer because I feel with all the viruses going around, a tool like this can become handy when traveling. In my line of work, I rent cars and commute to different cities, so this portable and light unit easily allows me to use it for the purpose of killing viruses while on the road. I use it on the seat, on the steering while and compartments. Basically anywhere my hands would touch. There are mixed reviews on this unit, I think it’s worth having in times like these. It’s very easy to use, Comes with safety goggles, charger, instructions and carry pouch. Overall, at the price of under $150 I think it’s a wise investment.
Verified that the LEDs from this wand actually does emit UVC light and that the goggles blocks UVC light using UVC Dosimeter cards in my video. I also have UVC wands from Purple Glow and Sanibeam, and this unit is much nicer than both units. I mean, it better be nicer considering the 59S its 2x the price of the other wands. To be fair though, the 59s is actually better priced when looking at the cost per UVC LED: 59S: 20 UVC LEDs/$120 Purple Glow: 4 UVC LEDs/$60 Sanibeam: 1 UVC LED/$60 The rose gold polish on the bottom is a classy touch, and the clamshell design is perfect to protect those precious UVC LEDs. The tilt safety off is kind of convenient too; I use it to turn off the lights briefly while moving about without turning off the unit so I don't have to double-click the button to turn it back on. I got this wand to disinfect the larger packages that I get and its perfect for that purpose
Great product in these current times. Saves so much on trying to find anti-bacteria wipes from Target or any other store. Works on any groceries and a little gem in our disinfectant arsenal. Easy to handle and quick to charge. I would suggest to wear UV sunglasses while using the wand. Also feels very sturdy and the nice bit is half the wand can rotate to 90 degrees making easy use of delivery boxes.
