I have a Hyper 212 EVO CPU cooler, currently running with one fan pushing air through to the back. I'm looking at adding a 2nd fan for a push/pull setup. What would be the best way to power this fan? Can I get a splitter for the CPU fan header on the mobo or should I run it directly from the PSU?

My mobo is a Gigabyte Z87-D3HP. PSU is an Antec HCG 620W Modular.

Either way will work. If you hook it up to the psu you won't be able to control the fan speed but that's not really a big deal if you get a good, quiet fan.
