I'm considering this overclock build, for development and flight simulation. In 1-2 years I will upgrade the graphics card for 4k.

Should I use a different air cooler? I want to overclock to at least 4.5Ghz while remaining quiet at idle.
You should be ok, if the cooler is too loud, just swap the fans for more quiet ones.
Noctua NH-D14. I did the same build except for last years components, last year. 4.5ghz stable with the ULNA's on the NH-D14 with the 3770k...max temp hits 80C after 2 hours of prime95.
Why do you have 3 SSDs?
