Have any one of you had your PC hang after turning on your computer and logging in? The task bar at the bottom would be "loading" when I hover my mouse over it and I would be able to right click my background. After that, everything would be unresponsive. I can still move my mouse around. I cannot access the task manager either.

I'm trying to pin point the problem and I may have to reinstall Windows 7. (Hopefully it isn't a hardware issue). If I go into event logger, the main source of the problem would be Service Control Manager [ex: A timeout (30000 milliseconds) was reached while waiting for a transaction response from the MBAMService service.]

I cannot figure out what's causing the issue. Any thoughts?
