I have 4 monitors, 3 regular monitors and a TV, running off my Nvidia 660 Ti right now which utilize all my outputs. 2 of the monitors I use in portrait mode for spreadsheets for my work.

I would like to throw another graphics card in throw so I could add one or maybe two more monitors and I was wondering if it is possible to mix/match Nvidia cards or even AMD cards. I wont be running SLI or Xfire I would just like it so I can power my main monitor off my 660 Ti for games and have all my monitors run off another card.

Good question. I'm not entirely sure, but I suspect it would be better to stick to Nvidia in order to avoid driver conflicts.
