Building a machine with an i5-4670k and plan on doing some light overclocking.

Could anyone help me with picking out a motherboard? I'm currently looking at the Asus Maximus VI Hero, but I'd like to see if I can make my build a bit cheaper here by going with a different motherboard. Was looking at the MSI Z87-G45 and Z87-GD65.

Thanks!

I like this guy at that price: https://pcpartpicker.com/part/gigabyte-motherboard-gaz87xud4h

You could also go a bit cheaper for this: https://pcpartpicker.com/part/gigabyte-motherboard-gaz87xd3h

Either would be fine, though I wouldn't really recommend the d3h for extreme levels of OC.

you can definitely go cheaper than the hero for light overclocking. in fact the hero is a terrible board for you if that is your main concern (price wise). i don't have any recommendations but you should be able to find something for $130 even.
