Got a different case for my pc I installed everything correctly power it up and i hear the dreaded beep code. I recheck everything and start unplugging what i dont need. Turns out the USB cable is causing it to fail boot. Not a big deal not having it but it would be handy using the front usb ports. ANy ideas as to why its doing this? Thanks in advance

either a faulty cable or a faulty port. It's going to be a pain in the ass to isolate that. Maybe if you have another case with USB (3 I'm guessing?) you could get it close enough to plug it into your other motherboard and see if the same thing happens.
