Well, Hela is universal villain and the other two are universal superheroes.

Hela with mythic uniform and a damage proc (and snare resist) can break 100k, but Proxima or Ghost are better for female villain abx or Titania for that matter.

In universal female hero abx Medusa is better than Satana. And Medusa can be leveled up to 70.

Just give her an obelisk with snare resist, else you get snared to death at 95k like it happened to me when i did it the first time :-)
