Does QS need CTPE with the uniform already giving him chain damage bonus ?
Does QS need CTPE with the uniform already giving him chain damage bonus ? My DP doesn't have a good obelisk right now( his current ob is a 3* one ) and I'm considering giving him a ctpe and giving QS a normal damage proc obelisk after I get his uni. Are there any other better candidates for ctpe other than apocalypse, ultimates and cable ?

- QS's uniform chain hit bonus stacks with CTPE just like Cable's giving him a huge DPS boost.
- You can just wait till you get QS's uni and see how he and DP are performing, if you feel QS is fine then give it to DP. Also, at T3 DP is one of the best candidates for CTPE so if you're planning to T3 him give it to him.
- Other candidates for CTPE are Winter Soldier, Stryfe, Gambit, Luna Snow, Scarlet Witch, Psylocke & Thor. Basically anyone who has skills with a lot of hits and huge DPS (WBU/ABX metas)
