I've been working it for four years and I still struggle with pull ups. Should I increase how often I do them? Or do you have any other ideas?

I try to do mainly callisthenics but I've been implementing powerlifting moves into my workouts. But I train for everything. I want to be strong, fast, powerful, and jacked

How many can you do at once? How have you tried training them in the past? How are you training them now?

On a good day 12. I used to do mainly callisthenics so I would do pullups like every other day. I barely do pull-ups now, I have to really dig deep to do a 5 pull-ups. I started doing more weight training so I don't do many pull-ups but I've been doing them more often now without much progress

> I've been doing them more often now without much progress That's not a description of how you're training them. Once a week? Three times a week? Sets x reps? Once per training session until you can't pull yourself up anymore? From how vague you're being it sounds like you're not on a program and are suffering from fuckarounditis. Nothing wrong with that, a lot of us have been there. But it's time to [choose a program](https://duckduckgo.com/?q=pullup+program&t=ffsb&ia=web), [any fucking program](http://mythicalstrength.blogspot.com/2018/10/klingon-wisdom-make-decision.html) and commit to it. Do it for a month, and if you still haven't made progress in that month you'll be able to ask again and this time say: this is what I've tried, these were the results, what can I do better?
